Sweep Generators
Microwave sweep generators of the type Ã4-XXX including synthesized sweep generators are designed for forming signals with normalized parameters by frequency, amplitude and type of modulation.
Features:- sweep generators can be used as independent device or consisting of different measuring and testing customer systems and are the basic component part of computer-aided measuring system of the type P2 and P4, which are designed for panoramic representation and measure both amplitude and complex parameters of reflection and transfer coefficients of microwave tract;
- generator controlling is realized from panel and by interface channels (IEEE-488, RS232 and USB type). Devices are fully compatible with any indicator blocks of type ß2Ð-67, ß2Ð-70, HP 8757 (“Agilent”), ZAS (“Rohde & Schwarz”);
- sweep generators can work in combination with different single-board receiving equipments that are directly switched in ISA or PSI program computer buses for analog-digital conversions;
- sweep generators are made on the modern elemental base. Depends upon frequency range there are used transistor generators, YIG-generators or backward-wave tube
- for providing higher technical parameters there are can be used system of phase automatic frequency control (SPAF) on microwave prescaler base.
